Tony Jones - President

Tony has now retired after giving 32 years of service in Local Government and the Civil Service as a Senior Legal Officer and member of Multifunctional Management Team member of South Western Division Welsh National Rivers Authority. (NRA - now Environment Agency).

Tony was Instrumental in gaining Scarlets partnership for Narberth. Managed and independent assessment for Scarlets by Management Consultants of our club

John Owen - Chairman

John is a retired Comprehensive School Teacher.

Former Narberth player and Club Captain.

John has also previously held the position of Vice-Chairman and Chairman

Mark Rhys-Owens - Secretary

Originating from Pembrokeshire, Mark has spent the last 20 years in various locations in England and Wales following a career in the NHS.

He returned to live full time in Pembrokeshire at the end of 2006, having completed a Senior Management role in Policy and Performance within the NHS in Thames Valley.

Mark became a member of Narberth RFC in 2006, a Vice president in 2007 and was elected as Honorary Secretary for the 2008/09 season

Mark currently manages his own healthcare consultancy business in addition to undertaking some clinical work with the local NHS

Marks areas of interest are change management and governance

Martin Lewis - Treasurer

Club Treasurer Martin has 32 years experience in finance, having enjoyed a career with NatWest which presently sees him managing the Haverfordwest and Narberth offices.

A native of Pembrokeshire, Martin returned to the county in 1995 for his first management position after spells in Mid and South East Wales.

Having been involved with Narberth rugby for some 12 years it was only in August of 2007 that he stepped forward to the role of Treasurer having previously been the Editor of the 1st XV programme for over 10 years
